RESERVATIONS

Please fill in our booking form or send us a fax or email according to the booking form with valid data. After we have received your booking we will send you back a fax / e-mail to confirm your reservation and the data of our bank account for deposit transfer. Your booking is not firm until we have received deposit payment of 50 % of the total tour price and the final payment of the full tour price has to be made at least  before the trip . The deposit payment is not refundable if you cancel your tour.

A. COMMUNICATIONS : Quotationd confirmation will be sent to you by fax, or telephone or email. We will work hard to respond your questions within 2 x 24 hours.

B. RATES  :  1. Rate are quoted net in USdollar  or Rupiah Rates subject to change with or without prior notice

                   2. Rate quoted based on minimum 4 person per program

D. CANCELLATIONS : Panaitan Eco Surf will not charge you cancellation fee for tours and transfers shown in the tariff. However, hotels, restaurant, carriers or contractors may charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or very late notification of cancellation. In such cases we will pass the charges on to you

E. TRANSFERS SERVICE : Include carriage, porter ages, meeting service, and assistance. Transportation is by private car or motor coachm, private boat

F. SIGHT-SEEING AND PACKAGE TOURS : All sight-seeing and package tours include entrance fees, performances, meals as shown in the programs and transportation services by private car, jeep, motor coach, truck, boat, or canoe. Requests for guides proficient in languages other than English

G. RESPONSIBILITY  : Panaitan Eco Surf  acts only in the capacity of an agent for tour arrangement, hotel, car rental, boat and others contractor and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility of any loss, damage, accident, injury, including death, delayed or cancelled transportation services, changes of schedules, strikes or any other irregularities caused or arising from circumstance beyond our control; delay, all the tour depends on the weather condition and may make changes accordingly  

H. TRAVEL INSURANCE  : With any overseas traveling we advice that you take out full travel and medical insurance. We tale no responsibilities but take every step to ensure you have a safe adventure holiday.
